Poster specification:

All posters supposed to be printed by Author on B1 format (70x100cm) in vertical position. There is no specific template for posters.

Poster session will be organized on second day of Conference (May 17, 2017) and there will be special room for posters. Room will be available from morning to place the poster.

We advise you to use the LaTeX or MS Word  templates provided on the conference website in order to ensure the correct formatting. All papers can be submitted in pdf, docx, rar and zip formats. Authors using LaTeX template, please archive all files (figures and .tex files) and upload them in one .zip or .rar file. Please name your file by title of the presentation (especially Authors submitting more than one paper).  Submitting more than one file you will receive email confirmation and all files will be stored in our database.

The Full Length  Paper should be written in English and prepared as a one-page, A4 PDF file (size 210x297mm) using the Times New Roman font, 15 pt for the title, 12 pt for the authors’ names, 9 pt for affiliations, 9pt for tables and figures descriptions  and 10 pt for the text. All margins should be 2.5 cm. The maximum length of the Full Length  Paper is limited up to 12 pages.

Please also note that this Full Length  Paper must be uploaded on the conference management system before February 20, 2017.

All papers will be collected into Conference Proceedings and distributed in Conference materials to ERMSAR participants. Some of the paper will be published in nuclear journal (i.e. Annals of Nuclear Energy after ERMSAR 2015).
