The fees of both delegates and students include the conference materials, the three lunches and the gala dinner.  Conference is organized by R&D center for the higher education services and it is  VAT exempt (Art 43 ust. 1 pkt 26b).

Technical day after the ERMSAR Conference  costs  65€ for non-speakers and 45€ for prelegents (posters and oral presentations).
